Meet Nadia Siciliano

Entrepreneur | Advocate for Addiction Recovery and Domestic Violence Awareness

With a background as a competitive horse rider from the age of 23 to 31, Nadia Siciliano has always demonstrated resilience and determination. At 29, she opened her first medical centre in Whittlesea, starting with a single doctor and successfully expanding to a team of six. In 2016, shortly after welcoming her first child, Zavanna, Nadia sold the Whittlesea clinic and opened her second medical centre in Balwyn, further establishing her footprint in healthcare. After selling her second clinic in 2018, Nadia embarked on a challenging personal journey, enduring two abusive relationships while simultaneously managing her businesses.

In 2019, Nadia opened her third medical centre in Mickleham while facing the challenges of domestic violence. Over 3.5 years, she experienced mental, verbal, and physical abuse at the hands of her then-partner, whose drug addiction came to light six months into their relationship. Despite her efforts to seek help, including entering him into a rehabilitation program, the abuse continued until 2021 when legal action was finally taken.

Nadia’s strength was again tested when she entered a second abusive relationship in 2022, which involved mental and sexual abuse, ultimately resulting in the theft of $50,000. During this period, she also became pregnant with her son, Izaiah, who was born in February 2023. On the same day, Nadia purchased her fourth clinic in Oak Park. However, due to the toll these experiences had on her mental health, she sold the clinic eight months later.

In a turning point in her career, Nadia became the manager of Frankston Health Clinic, Victoria’s largest methadone clinic, where she discovered her passion for addressing drug, alcohol, and mental health issues. This role fueled her desire to advocate for those struggling with addiction and domestic violence, drawing public attention to her work in these areas. In May 2024, Nadia opened her fifth medical centre in Langwarrin, which she currently operates.

Today, Nadia’s life is dedicated to her children and her mission to help others who are battling addiction and domestic violence. Her experiences have shaped her commitment to creating awareness, providing support, and preventing others from enduring the challenges she has faced. Despite her achievements, Nadia values a simple, fulfilling life centered around her family, where she enjoys camping, relaxation, and quality time with her children.
